With over 15 years of experience in the Greater Philadelphia luxury hospitality market, Evan O’Donnell is the General Manager of AKA Rittenhouse Square, luxury hotel residences, and a member of the Rittenhouse Row Board of Directors. Prior to joining AKA, O’Donnell served various key roles at the Four Seasons Philadelphia for over a decade. A graduate of the Widener University Hospitality Program, O’Donnell is a lifelong hospitality professional whose career has spanned from operational positions such as bellman, valet and front desk to more recent responsibility for managing reservations, corporate sales, revenue and overall property profitability.

A Philly native, O’Donnell has lived in Center City for the past five years. In his downtime from AKA Rittenhouse Square, O’Donnell enjoys exploring the best the city has to offer including cultural exhibits, expansive restaurant options and the great sporting scene.
